This twelve-foot aluminum diameter sphere was fabricated to serve as a welcoming artwork at the entrance to an exclusive residential development outside Rehoboth, Delaware. Sitting at the center of an artificial lake, the sphere is illuminated by custom lighting and surrounded by water fountains, giving the installation an ethereal appearance. Mounted to a steel ring anchored twenty-seven feet underground, this installation is built to withstand the harshest of weather conditions.
